Imperva

Imperva is an industry-leading company that specializes in cybersecurity. The company was established in Israel in 2002 by Shlomo Kramer, Amichai Shulman and Mickey Boodaei.
Imperva went public in 2011 and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
In 2014, the company acquired Incapsula and SkyFence, as well as real-time mainframe security auditing assets from Tomium Software. The company went on to acquire data security assets from Camouflage (2017), Prevoty (2018) and Distil Networks (2019).
Imperva was acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo in 2019. 
The company acquired jSonar in 2020 and Cloud Vector in 2021.
