The Company is developing cell therapy products based on autologous and allogeneic bone implants that will enable efficient bone transplant and provide cellular-based bone replacement prosthetics for repairing bone lesions.

On April 29, 2012, Bonus Bio Group Ltd fully acquired Bonus Therapeutic Ltd.
