Tasks:

implementation of technical supervision over the performance of construction and installation works, acceptance of works and completed objects organization of work at the facility in accordance with all norms and rules verification of compliance of the volumes of construction and installation works, as well as the structures of the approved design and estimate documentation, working drawings participation in resolving issues of making changes to draft changes in connection with the introduction of new space-planning and design solutions participation in the review and approval during construction of changes in design decisions study of the reasons causing failures in deadlines and deterioration in the quality of construction and installation works, participation in measures to eliminate them preparation of estimates for additional work preparation of materials for consideration of controversial issues with contractors organization of work at the facility ordering building materials
